PRE-REQUISITES

Candidates must be fit and healthy

Confident to tread water for 30seconds in deep water

Able to swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds

Retrieve a manikin from the deepest part of the pool

Must be 16years of age

Can climb out of the pool without the use of the steps

This qualification is valid for 2 years on successful completion
